Mrs. Susan West Taylor
Manager of Academic Affairs Susan Taylor oversees the operations of the Provost’s Office, and coordinates and oversees academic programming and planning. She coordinates University faculty personnel actions including data management; oversees the retention of records pertaining to academic and faculty matters; manages and executes all budgetary processes for the operation of the Provost’s Office; and supports the Provost in the University's annual budget planning process.

Susan is also responsible for maintaining the Provost’s Office Web site, including the Faculty Handbook and the Guide to Faculty Governance, and providing staff support for selected University senior professional searches.
Susan is a 1980 graduate of James Madison University having earned a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Office Administration and has been with the University of Richmond since 1997. From 2001-2008, she served as Assistant to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
