Joyce Farmer provides administrative support for the Provost and the Provost's Office.  She manages the Provost's calendar; provides administrative support to faculty committees and task forces; plans and coordinates University-wide and faculty events; and manages the processes associated with selected annual award programs for faculty and students.

Joyce earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and has been with the University of Richmond since 1994. During the period 1998-2009, she served as the administrative specialist for the Richmond College Dean's Office.
