Committees and Special Task Forces - Radio Station Board
Purpose:
The WDCE Board of Directors is the governing body of the University radio station. It selects the general manager and approves major station expenditures. It receives reports from the station manager and may pass policies and procedures pertaining to the radio station. The Board is a recognized state corporation that is a separate entity from the University but whose members are students, faculty, and administration.
Membership:
The Radio Station Board is consists of at least three members but no more than 15 members. Among these members are the Presidents of the Student Associations of Richmond College, Westhampton College, the Robins School of Business, and School of Law; as well as the student station manager; and the student business manager; and elected faculty members. Additionally, the President of the University may appoint administrative staff, faculty, alumni/ae, or other students to the Board.
