Committees and Special Task Forces -  Grievance Committee

Charge:

The Grievance Committee receives and reviews petitions from faculty who are not recommended for reappointment, tenure or promotion and believe that the decision involved a violation of the required process.  Faculty may submit grievances on matters other than dismissal, reappointment, tenure, or promotion as well.

Membership:

The Grievance Committee is composed of two tenured faculty members from each of the following divisions elected by their respective faculties:  Arts & Sciences, Robins School of Business, and Law; and one tenured faculty member elected by the Leadership School.
